- All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags (where applicable).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Beauty & Personal Care Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty and personal care products, including (but not limited to) body oils, creams, lotions, and fragrance items.

Apparel (T-Shirts & Hoodies)
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed t-shirts and hoodies in their original condition and packaging.
Please ensure the item is free of stains, odors, pet hair, and wear.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Products sold by our independent vendor partners may be subject to their own return and refund policies.
Kiini Souk serves as a marketplace platform, and as such, we do not process returns for these items directly.
